Register with your institution

• Register as the University of Utah if you are part of the University of Utah, Shriners, or Primary

Choose your course

• Group 1: Biomedical (working with medical studies or PHI)
• Group 2: Social Behavioral (not working with PHI)

Access your CITI training certificates:

• https://citiprogram.org > click on “University of Utah Courses” > click “View Previously Completed Coursework”

Renew training every 3 years

• CITI training requires you to renew your training every 3 years. An email will be sent with a reminder

Ensure you have completed all other trainings

• Ask your mentor if you have to complete GCP, SIRB, or REd training modules
