Presentation description

Using Zebrafish as an animal model to set up a transgenetic line to study Vanishing White Matter disease, a common Leukodystrophy, that impacts the formation and maintenance of the myelin sheath. The goal was to study astrocyte development in relation to this disease and how they were impaired in their development.
