Stress Care

This presentation introduces students to a more in depth understanding of what stress is, how it shows up in our bodies, how our language and perceptions about it impact our wellbeing, how we can cope with or manage the inevitable stress in our lives, and what resources are available to students at the U. This will be very helpful to undergraduates juggling research and a full class schedule.

Presenters:

  • Sabeth Jackson, Associate Director of Prevention Education, Center for Student Wellness
  • Kay Collins, Health Educator, Center for Student Wellness
