Stat Lab is a statistical resource to the University of Utah that supports undergraduate and graduate student research.  Stat Lab will provide, without charge, a statistician consultant to help students with their research projects.  The statistician consultants are graduate statistics students and their statistics faculty mentors.  The statistician consultants can assist with study design, sample size determination, statistical analysis, and reporting of research results.  The consultant can either perform the statistical analysis, or even better, the consultant can guide the student researcher while the student researcher analyses the data. Interested students who want to utilize this service can send a short description of their project in an email to Greg Stoddard (greg.stoddard@hsc.utah.edu), who is the Director of Stat Lab.
