Rainier Research Group

We are an Organic Synthesis Group that is focused on the synthesis and study of Natural Products while also having an interest in the development, optimization, and understanding of Organic Reactions.

Current projects include the synthesis and study of antibiotics/virulence inhibitors, the synthesis and study of ion channel effectors, and the synthesis and study of unique fatty acids as a means of better understanding and effecting eye diseases.
