SPUR 2022: We believe that the best way to learn is from guided experience. A graduate student mentor will be part of the team and will guide the summer students and help bridge the experience. We will work with the students at the beginning of the summer to identify their interests and areas they would like to develop and will craft a roadmap for the project’s duration. We’ll set up weekly meetings to understand progress and goals and make any necessary adjustments. The graduate student mentor will work with the students on a daily basis to make sure we are on track.
