Presentation description
My research delves into the thermal stability of i-Motif (iM) structures, alternative DNA secondary configurations formed by cytosine-rich sequences, with a specific focus on the impact of group two metals (MgCl2, CaCl2, SrCl2, BaCl2). Utilizing Lambda DNA, C6T DNA, and C6T + C6T Complimentary DNA, the study employs temperature melting curves to determine the melting temperature (Tm) and assess i-Motif stability.
