Presentation description
Our lab has found that BRAF and p53 interact, and studying both of these simultaneously could give us a better understanding of melanoma formation and provide insight into how to better treat it.
In order to help understand the specific functions of the BRAF V600E mutation, this project aims to research the interaction between BRAFV600E and p53 in order to investigate the mechanisms behind BRAF-driven melanoma genesis and assess if we can therapeutically target this interaction.
