Burnout: Why it happens and what you can do about it

In this workshop participants will learn about incomplete stress cycles, what leads to them being incomplete, and what we can do to complete them. This workshop will also go over the definition of burnout, what some common factors are that lead to it, and some tools that they can use to prevent it.
