My research investigated ChatGPT's potential for automating quality assurance (QA) in Emergency Medical Services patient care reports. By leveraging Large Language Models, we explored efficient documentation review methods to assess accuracy and compliance. Our study evaluated ChatGPT's ability to extract critical information and compare it against established EMS care standards. Results demonstrated promising AI capabilities but also revealed significant implementation limitations.
