Presentation description

The basis for this research is to understand how specialty courts operate differently from standardized courtroom procedures, by analyzing the resources, outcomes and success of Family Recovery Court based out of the 3rd District Juvenile Courthouse in Salt Lake City, Utah. The outcomes and success of Family Recovery Court are based on principles that are not traditionally applied to standard juvenile court proceedings.
