The PAI-CON research project aims to promote age inclusivity at the University of Utah College of Nursing by addressing the needs of both traditional and non-traditional students. My work focused on assessing age inclusivity using the Age-Friendly Inventory and Campus Climate Survey (ICCS) and developing professional development opportunities informed by the Reframing Aging framework, including tailored training sessions for faculty and staff to foster age-friendly practices.
