Predicting Monthly to Seasonal Southwestern United States Precipitation Anomalies

Semester: Spring 2025

Presentation description

Using atmospheric climate drivers to predict Southwestern US precipitation anomalies. Specifically looking into winter anomaly detection. Understanding the lead/lag combination of these drivers to predict how these climate drivers will impact the snowfall in the Southwestern US. Finding significant understandings of how the climate drivers impact each other and the overall climate trend with an increase in climate change in recent years
