Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are an emerging candidate for various therapeutic applications. Recently discovered, they have been shown to play a crucial role in immune response. However, many analysis techniques do not allow for the quantification of multiple surface proteins. Therefore, the goal of this study was to develop a multiplexed staining protocol with the use of nanoparticle tracking analysis, a newer microscopy technique specifically adapted for EVs.
