Ionizable Lipid Nanoparticles for mRNA Delivery Targeting Chronic Myeloid Leukemia

Semester: Spring 2025

Presentation description

In my research I will focus on creating ionizable lipid nanoparticles (LNP) for mRNA delivery targeting chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). I will do this by synthesizing and characterizing LNPs, synthesizing CD34 antibody-modifications LNPs for targeted therapy of CML cells, and I will test TKI response of CML cells transfected with MS4A3 mRNAs using LNPs.
