Presentation description

The project will focus on reconstructing vegetation change throughout the Holocene in the Shoshone National forest, and to explore how changes in climate are affecting these changes. The project will help with a larger target goal of utilizing paleoecological records from different areas to help aid restoration, and in turn, conservation. This presentation will display preliminary results for loss on ignition. Secondary Mentor: Emma Layon
