Presentation description
I want to examine how sleep hygiene and cognitive flexibility influence coping strategies and perceived stress in college students. Perceived stress scale measures how overwhelmed students feel, which could be influenced by both sleep quality and mental adaptability. I wanted to include coping mechanisms to examine how students deal with the stress they feel, whether it be adaptive (problem-solving) or maladaptive (avoidant), based on levels of cognitive flexibility and quality of sleep.
