Presentation description

The methyltransferase, PRC2, is missing in the model nematode, P. pacificus. To search for the methyltransferase that has assumed the duties of the missing PRC2, we are using C. elegans SET protein knockouts. Specifically, we are conducting western blot experiments with different SET protein knockouts and observing any differences in Histone 3 trimethylation.
