Presentation description

The purpose of this study is to support teaching assistants (TAs) and learning assistants (LAs) in navigating complex social dynamics within Introductory Physics Labs for Life Sciences (IPL2S) courses at the University of Utah. The general atmosphere of the classroom and the learning outcomes for both students and teaching assistants may be impacted by paying close attention to the learning processes, student conduct, and classroom engagement.
