To empower patients and increase their autonomy in decision-making, providing patient engagement tools during visits can facilitate open communication, encourage shared decision-making, and ensure that the care plan aligns with patient preferences, values, and goals. This research presentation will discuss several self-developed/modified educational interventions that enhances patient engagement in their own health.
