Presentation description
This mixed methods study was conducted to assess engagement and impact for the Edible Campus Gardens (ECG). The study used focus groups and a Qualtrics survey at the University of Utah to gather data on student perspectives and experiences with the gardens as well as what can be improved within the ECG. Strong themes of well being, food justice, and experiential learning were present through the study. The ECG plays a robust role within the university experience of involved students.
