Presentation description
Ovarian cancer (OC) is a lethal gynecological malignancy, often diagnosed late due to its asymptomatic early stages. CD47, a key immune checkpoint, transmits a "don't eat me" signal, allowing cancer cells to evade macrophages. This project develops an HPMA-based PEP20 peptide conjugate to block CD47, enhancing immune response. The approach involves synthesis, conjugation, and evaluation on ovarian cancer cells.
