This study examines how HRI (EIF2AK1) and DELE1 regulate the Integrated Stress Response in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). Using knockout mouse models and a high-fat diet liver injury model, we analyze histology, serum biomarkers, and stress signaling pathways to determine how disruption of this pathway influences liver inflammation and fibrosis.
