Correlations between memory deficits and level of schizotypy in generally healthy populations

Semester: Spring 2025

Presentation description

Schizotypy, the spectrum of psychotic symptoms, is schizophrenia on the extreme end, but schizotypy and health are not on-off switches. Disorder stems from a buildup of schizotypy symptoms. Having schizotypy features does not make one schizophrenic, and being healthy does not rule out having some schizotypy signs. Memory deficits are well-known in schizophrenia. In healthy groups, are phenomenological episodic memory impairments correlated with intensity of schizotypy?
