Presentation description

We conducted a survey on EMS burnout levels in Utah, targeting all levels of EMS providers. The survey aimed to assess burnout levels in Utah, discover their causes, and compare their frequency at different certification levels. Results were presented at the EMS World Expo in New Orleans, displaying the prevalence of burnout within the Utah EMS community and the need for improved support and resources to address this critical issue.
