Presentation description

Epilepsy is a major concern following traumatic brain injury (TBI), with veterans at higher risk than civilians. The Post-Traumatic Epilepsy (PTE) Biomarker Study at the University of Utah examines epilepsy emergence and its comorbidities to improve veterans' quality of life.Identifying predictive measures can enhance treatment and outcomes for affected veterans and their families. As an undergraduate in this study, I observed and conducted cognitive testing to determine TBI health outcomes.
