Presentation description

I aim to study the Gender Pay Gap in Utah through a lens focused not only on occupational organization but by family structure to show the Gender Wage Gap from new angles. Data was gathered from the 2023 AmericanCommunity Survey, limited to the state of Utah. This data was prepared by removing all instances of individuals who were not working for a wage and individuals who worked less that 32 hours per week.
