Professional Communication in Research
There is significant work and coordination that must be done before research is ever published. Researchers communicate with each other, collaborators, funders, and publishers through emails, memos, internal reports, and other unpublished communications. This type of communication influences your professional reputation and is often the first and sometimes only way other researchers get to know you. This workshop will cover creating Word documents with a focus on accessibility and saving time, basics of creating professional emails, and general tips for professional interpersonal communication.
