Project description

I have many research projects, ranging from health care quality and outcomes, education equity and diversity, instrument development to data mining. I am more than happy to mentor students if they are willing to work hard and have the motivation to learn.

Student Role: Literature review, data management and analysis, manuscript writing, social media outreach, participant recruitment, website development, publication and presentation.
Student Benefits: Learn how to conduct proper scientific research, perform basic and advanced statistical analyses, prepare manuscripts. Have the opportunity to co-author for publication.
Project Duration: Duration: 1 semester to 4 years, depending on projects. Number of hours per week: 10 - 30 hours, depending on projects.

Minimum Requirements: Excellent oral communication, excellent writing skills, strong work ethics and motivation to learn are required. Some research background would be helpful but not necessary.
