Symptom Care at Home-Heart Failure

Project description

This study is funded by the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute. We will use the IVR system for patients with heart failure to monitor and manage their symptoms at home after hospital discharge.

Student Role: The students will recruit patients with heart failure while they are in the hospital and check on them while they are using the system over 30days.
Student Benefits: The students will learn the process of conducting clinical research in heart failure.
Project Duration: Until 2023. The estimated number of hours per week is between 5 and 10 hours.
