Project Description:

The student researcher would assist the post-doc with ongoing research work and preparation for NLA including, but not limited to: research study protocols, note-taking, topic exploration, journal article reviews, interviewing, survey preparation, literature reviews, meeting preparation, curriculum development and review, and other administrative tasks. The research topics explored in this role relate to leadership, equity, diversity, inclusion, higher education, organizational change, and administration.

Opportunity Type:

HYBRID - Volunteer; This is a work-study research position

Student Role:

Gather materials & data for projects/reports; write summaries of project findings. Prepare tables, graphs, fact sheets, and written reports summarizing research results.

Project Duration:

This position is for the Fall 2022 semester. With 2-4 hours per week in the office and remote work 4-8 hours per week totaling 8-10 hours per week.

Minimum Requirements:

Interest in research around leadership. Demonstrated experience with and commitment to values of EDI. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
