Project Description:

As Media Assistant the student will work with on one of the Editors of “Frontiers.” Frontiers: A Journal of Women Studies has distinguished itself for its diverse and decisively interdisciplinary publication agenda that explores the critical intersections among—to name a few dimensions—gender, race, sexuality, and transnationalism. Many landmark articles in the field have been published in Frontiers, thus critically shaping the fields of women’s, gender, and sexuality studies.

Opportunity Type:

Volunteer; This is a work-study research position; Prepare a UROP proposal; Write an Honors Thesis; Earn independent study credit

Student Role:

Student will work with "Frontiers" team of editors to support exciting multimedia platforms for the journal including website media, facebook, twitter,

Project Duration:

Project duration is ongoing, year round. 5-10 hours a week depending on availability and UROP requirements
