Project Description:

We are conducting research on how people make decisions. Our lab specifically focuses on biases (e.g. overconfidence) that get in the way of people making optimal decisions. Pre-Business or Business majors specializing in Accounting, Finance, or Marketing be advised that our lab focuses on Organizational Behavior and our research work does not offer vocational training in those fields. If you are thinking of pursuing a PhD (not MBA) in Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or Management, we are a great group to work with



Opportunity Type:

Earn independent study credit


Student Role:

Conduct experiments; conduct literature searches; obtain permission to conduct research with human participants; prepare research materials; proofread research materials.


Student Benefits:

Student will earn course credit, while learning how to conduct experimental research.


Project Duration:

We prefer research assistants who are able to commit to working with us for at least two semesters.


Minimum Requirements:

Weekly hours: 9-12 hours
