We studied the molecular mechanism of antibody production. We have developed a novel single-cell microscopic pipeline and mathematical modeling to map B cells’ fate (PNAS, 2018). We discovered a new regulatory mechanism of plasma cell generation, and we applied a systems approach to understand the dynamic nature of antibody production (Immunity, 2019).
