Project Description:

This project will be to collect data from Otolaryngology (ENT surgery) programs across the country about surgical case volumes of graduating residents. We evaluate for gender disparities in surgical case volume.

Volunteer; This is a paid research position; Prepare a UROP proposal; Write an Honors Thesis; Earn independent study credit

Student Role:

Develop a RedCap (online survey) tool. Distribute survey electronically. Collect and analyze data. Participate in manuscript preparation.

Project Duration:

3 months - 10-20 hours per week
