Project Description:

The purpose of this study is to identify the strengths, needs and challenges for Utah foster care students and their families in pursuing post-secondary education. They themselves are participants in shaping the research agenda and providing their voices in the research to improve the Utah implementation of a national program entitled First Star. These data will be used to inform a more successful community collaboration and the direction and implementation of the program.
