This research describes the validation of Loadsol devices as a tool for measuring loading forces during prescribed Physical Therapy (PT) exercises. Clinicians currently do not have accurate, affordable methods of collecting patient loading data outside of a clinical setting. Loadsol data can be used by clinicians to guide PT protocols and by patients to more better comply with weight-bearing restrictions throughout the rehabilitation process.
