My research is focused on a Kindergarten teacher’s classroom management strategies. Four research questions were presented to find which strategy is most effective for student engagement and successful classroom management. Teacher verbal actions, nonverbal behavior, classroom rules, and engagement were all featured in these four research questions. Results found that the teacher was able to successfully increase their engagement through their opportunities to respond.
