We seek to functionally define glomeruli of the olfactory bulb (OB) in terms of the odorants to which they have maximal sensitivity, and their relative sensitivities across a carefully-selected odorant panel. We screened ~200 odorants at a range of low concentrations using a high-throughput olfactometer and an ultra sensitive reporter of neural activity genetically expressed in all olfactory sensory neurons (OSNs). Our results define consensus high-sensitivity odor maps of OSN inputs to the OB.
