Phage and antibiotic combination (PAC) treatments pose a solution to antibiotic resistance. The efficacy of PAC treatments, however, varies between monomicrobial and polymicrobial infections. This research explored the effects of phages and antibiotics on biofilms composed of S. aureus, P. aeruginosa, and a combination of the two to determine the effectiveness of PAC treatments against these bacterial infections.
