In this research, we use the emerging technique of ambient seismic monitoring to gather resonance measurements of a freestanding rock tower near Moab, UT. Analyzing the spectral and polarization attributes of these measurements, we determine the resonant frequencies of the tower, as well as their associated mode shapes and spectral amplification. We also analyze how these resonant modes change in response to external stimuli and comment on the relevant applications of these techniques.
